Welcome to our campground. As an Indigenous-owned business, we are proud to share this land and water with our guests. We ask that all visitors treat the space with respect, care, and responsibility—for the land, the water, and each other.
1. Reservations & Payments
All reservations must be made in advance through our booking system. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your site. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 9 AM
- Check-out: 11 AM
Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival for a full or partial refund.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit or full payment.
4. Respect for the Land
This land holds cultural and natural significance. Guests are expected to:
- Respect wildlife, plants, and natural surroundings
- Avoid damaging trees, shoreline, or habitat
- Leave your campsite as you found it
5. Site Usage
- Each campsite is limited to 8 people and 1 vehicle
- Guests must occupy only their assigned site
- Subletting or transferring reservations is not permitted without approval
6. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are enforced from 21:00 to 6:00. Please be mindful of others and help maintain a peaceful environment.
7. Campfires & Fire Safety
- Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits
- Fires must never be left unattended
- Fire bans must be strictly followed
- Ensure fires are fully extinguished before leaving
8. Waterfront & Lake Safety
Our lake is a shared natural space. For everyone’s safety:
- Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty
- Children must be supervised at all times near or in the water
- Life jackets are strongly recommended, especially for non-swimmers and when using watercraft
- No diving in shallow or unknown areas
- Be mindful of changing weather and water conditions
- Respect the shoreline—no littering, dumping, or disturbance of natural habitats
- Use of boats, canoes, or other watercraft is at your own risk
9. Pets
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb wildlife or other guests.
10. Cleanliness & Waste
Guests are expected to keep their campsite clean and dispose of waste in designated bins. Leaving garbage behind may result in additional cleaning fees.
11. Liability
Guests use the campground and lake at their own risk. Management is not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
- Injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring on land or in water
12. Conduct
Disorderly behavior, excessive noise, illegal activity, or failure to comply with campground rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
13. Weather & Natural Conditions
We are not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, wildlife, water conditions, or other natural factors. Refunds will not be issued due to circumstances beyond our control.
14. Amenities
Use of campground amenities (washrooms, trails, waterfront, docks, etc.) is at your own risk. Availability may vary due to maintenance or seasonal conditions.
15. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to campground property and may be charged accordingly.
16. Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates these Terms & Conditions.
17. Agreement
By making a reservation or staying at the campground, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and to respect the land, water, and community that make this place special.
