1. Reservations & Payments
- All reservations must be made in advance through our booking system.
- Full or partial payment may be required to secure your site.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 3 PM
- Check-out: 11 AM
- Late check-outs may incur additional fees unless prior arrangements were made.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival for a full or partial refund.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in:
- Forfeiture of your deposit.
- Charges for the full payment.
4. Respect for the Land
This land holds cultural and natural significance. Leave it better than you found it.
- Respect wildlife, plants, and natural surroundings.
- Avoid damaging trees, shorelines, or habitats.
- Leave your campsite as you found it.
5. Site Usage
- Each campsite is limited to:
- 4 people
- Guests must occupy only their assigned site.
- Subletting or transferring reservations is not permitted without approval.
6. Quiet Hours
- Enforced from 21:00 (9 PM) to 6:00 AM.
- Be mindful of others and help maintain a peaceful environment.
7. Campfires & Fire Safety
- Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits.
- Fires must never be left unattended.
- Strictly follow fire bans (e.g., during dry seasons).
- Ensure fires are fully extinguished with water before leaving or sleeping.
8. Waterfront & Lake Safety
Our lake is a shared natural space. For everyone’s safety:
- Swimming is at your own risk—there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Children must be supervised at all times near or in the water.
- Life jackets are strongly recommended, especially for:
- Non-swimmers.
- When using watercraft (e.g., canoes, kayaks).
- No diving in shallow or unknown areas.
- Be mindful of changing weather and water conditions.
- Respect the shoreline:
- No littering, dumping, or disturbance of natural habitats.
- Use of boats, canoes, or other watercraft is at your own risk.
9. Pets
- Pets are welcome but must:
- Be kept on a leash at all times.
- Have waste cleaned up immediately by their owners.
- Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets:
- Do not disturb wildlife or other guests.
- Do not enter restricted areas.
10. Cleanliness & Waste
- Guests are expected to:
- Keep their campsite clean.
- Dispose of waste in designated bins.
- Leaving garbage behind may result in:
- Additional cleaning fees.
- Eviction without refund.
11. Liability
By using this campground and lake, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved.
Management is not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring:
- On campground land.
- In lake water (e.g., swimming, boating).
- Weather-related disruptions (e.g., storms, high winds).
Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control.
12. Conduct
- Disorderly behavior (e.g., excessive noise, public intoxication) is not tolerated.
- Illegal activity (e.g., drug use, theft) will result in:
- Immediate eviction without refund.
- Possible reporting to authorities.
13. Weather & Natural Conditions
- We are not responsible for disruptions caused by:
- Weather (e.g., rain, windstorms).
- Wildlife (e.g., bears, raccoons).
- Water conditions (e.g., rough waves, algae blooms).
- Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control.
14. Amenities
- Use of amenities (e.g., washrooms, trails, docks, waterfront) is at your own risk.
- Availability may vary due to:
- Maintenance.
- Seasonal closures.
15. Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to:
- Campground property (e.g., tables, fire pits).
- Natural habitats (e.g., cutting roots, breaking rocks).
- Charges may apply to cover repairs or replacements.
16. Right to Refuse Service
- Management reserves the right to refuse service or:
- Remove any guest who violates these rules.
- Ban repeat offenders from future stays.

By making a reservation or staying at our campground, you agree to:
